Ayuda urgente!

      Bueno les cuento que hace unos meses decidí meter un dinero en un software llamado "*****" despues de jugar un poco decidí sacar mi dinero de ese programa a traves de neteller que fue el mismo método que use para meter el dinero.

      Despues de eso me llego un email diciendome que debia esperar 2 meses para que me transfierian los fondos - lo cual alegue y les dije que me parecia absurdo dado que todos los programas que conosco piden tan solo unos dias.

      Resulta que ya pasaron los dos meses y estos personajes me dicen que aun no me pueden devolver mis fondos y ADEMAS no tienen una fecha exacta para esto.

      Que puedo concluir de todo esto, que esta gente no me va a responder y yo tampoco estoy dispuesto a esperar ilimitadamente a que les de por acrecitarme MI dinero.

      Lo único que se me ocurre es intentar demandar a este programa ya que está inclumpiendo su función como programa de poker.

      Espero que los admins de PS me ayuden acá porque estoy realmente preocupado.

      Ah, se me olvidaba, he guardado todos los mails que ellos y yo les he mandado - voy a ponerlos acá para que los lean y opinen que se puede hacer.

      Me temo informarte que no podremos hacer nada al respecto!

      La sala que mencionas no es afiliada a Pokerstrategy, que es a quienes podemos dar fe y dar soporte a nuestros miembros en caso de inconvenientes.

      Solo te resta seguir insistiendo y que te solucionen tu problema, mucha suerte con este contratiempos.

      Hello.

      I cant understand how is it posible that you take from 4 to 8 weeks releasing the money from your players. You can deposit instantly but you take 4 to 8 weeks to get your money?

      I must say that I am really surprised by this, not to mention disapointed on your poker room. I assure you, people, like me, wont like this and wont play again on your room. I certainly hope you can speed up the payout process like all other poker rooms, most take 1 or two days at max.

      I hope this problem is solved as soon as posible.

      Miren lo que encontré mirando la página de ***** (este servicio tiene que ser un scam):

      Si, la verdad es una pena lo que sucede con estas paginas de las que no tenemos el mas minimo dato informativo de su calidad y seriedad.

      Por ello Pokerstrategy trabaja con las salas mas serias del poker online, por ello las tenemos como afiliadas y las recomendamos abiertamente.

      Solo me resta por decirte que sigas insistiendo y que logres recuperar tu capital.

      Heh, no te preocupes, yo juego en las salas de pokerstrategy no obstante también jugué en ésta y esto es lo que me pasa por hacerlo...

      Bueno les informo que despues de 2 meses y una semana finalmente
      ***** me devolvío mi dinero. Solo les recomiendo que nuncaaa usen éste programa ya que es un fiasco
