Dear ******,

PokerStars is proud to announce the launch of the new PokerStars.eu client! We are now fully licensed within the European Union, and regulated by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority.

As part of the launch of the new client, your account will be moved to PokerStars.eu. Please note that this applies to all players from your country, and is compulsory.

The migration of your account to PokerStars.eu will not affect your playing experience in any way. Please note the following:

You will retain the same username
You will still have access to all your usual games, played against players from all over the world.
Your account balance, VIP Status, Monthly and Yearly VPP counts, and 2012 Stellar Rewards progress will remain unchanged after the migration
If you are currently clearing a cash bonus, this will be carried forward to the new client
You will have access to all of the same promotions; such as the TLB, guaranteed tournaments and milestone hands
The date of the migration will be 29/02/2012*. When you next start the PokerStars client, on or after this date, you will be prompted to update your software to the new version. Simply follow the instructions on-screen, and the new client will be installed within minutes.

*If you are playing in any tournaments at the time of migration, you will be permitted to finish these before your account is moved. Your account will not be moved if you are registered, or playing, in a tournament. Please unregister from all tournaments before completing this process.

Dear *********,

Yesterday we advised you that Greek players would be moving to the new PokerStars.eu client on February 29. As a result of a technical error, we provided you with the wrong date for the migration. The migration will in fact happen on March 29, one month later than you were originally advised.

We apologise for any confusion caused by this and would like to reassure you that, until March 29, you will be able to continue playing on the existing PokerStars.com software. There is no need for you to download any new software at this time. We will send you a further reminder about the move to PokerStars.eu, shortly before March 29.

Regards,
Team PokerStars
